Waupaca Learning Center –Waupaca, WI

E.D. Chase installed a multilayered built-up roof through Garland. After inspection, the roof was flooded with hot asphalt and then graveled. We figure this roof will last the life of the building.

Younkers -- Appleton, WI

Here, we installed a mechanically attached TPO membrane (Firestone). Fortunately, we were able to salvage most of the existing insulation. All of the seams were “welded” using a specialized machine.

Projects completed on time
Leach Amphitheater – Oshkosh, WI

E.D. Chase installed a fully adhered TPO (Firestone) membrane over 1.5” of polyisocyanurate insulation. This was an interesting project due to the irregular shape of the structure. Now completed, this roof will serve the new venue for “Waterfest” for years to come!

Thrivent Financial-- Appleton, WI

This is another example of a fully adhered TPO (Firestone) roof assembly. This project was completed on time, with very little disruption to Thrivent’s daily office routines.

University of Wisconsin, Sheboygan-- Sheboygan, WI

Here, E.D. Chase installed a built-up roof system (Tremco) on the Fine Arts Building. The existing EPDM ballasted roof was removed down to the metal deck, new polyisocyanurate was installed, followed by a two-ply, graveled roof system. New sheet metal was also installed.

Webster Stanley Elementary -- Oshkosh, WI

Another project completed through Tremco. We removed the existing roof, installed new tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, relocated drains, and installed a three-ply, gravel built-up roof assembly using a cold adhesive. This was an involved project; however, the result was a quality roof the school district can expect many years out of!
