Décor Roofing Ribbed Membrane System

Décor Roofing Ribbed Membrane System creates the appearance of a metal roof, in a rubber material that provides maximum watertight performance.

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a durable, heat-welded plastic membrane that is popular for commercial and industrial roofing applications. TPO offers excellent durability, hail and puncture resistance, and is available in light colors for cool roofing applications.

Modified Bitumen

Modified Bitumen is an asphalt roll material composed of multiple plies of reinforcing fabrics that serve as carriers for hot polymer-modified bitumen. A variety of plies and surfacing materials are available based on your project’s needs.

Built-Up Roof (BUR)

Built-Up Roof (Hot and Cold Process)

Built-Up Roof (BUR) systems are commonly referred to as “tar and gravel” roofs. BUR systems generally are made of alternating layers of bitumen and reinforcing fabrics that create a durable, multi-layered finished membrane.

Elastomeric Coating

Elastomeric Coatings are available to prolong the life of traditional and metal roofing systems. Applied by rolling or spraying, roof coatings bond the current roofing material to the existing system. Coatings are popular because they are less costly than retrofits, and do not add another layer of material.

Architectural Sheet Metal

E.D. Chase designs, fabricates and installs custom commercial-grade architectural sheet metal components to finish our roofs systems, for single-source accountability.

EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer)

EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer), commonly referred to as a “rubber roof,” offers low maintenance cost and excellent weathering characteristics, making it a viable roofing option for cold weather climates.
